Because all products sold through this website are digital downloads, they are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a file has been purchased and delivered electronically, I cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Exceptions & File Issues

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with:

  • Downloading your files
  • Corrupted, damaged, or missing files
  • Receiving the wrong product

Please contact me at support@athomewithtraci.com within 7 days of purchase, and I will work with you to correct the issue as quickly as possible (for example, by re-sending the file or providing access in a different way).

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please reach out to me at support@athomewithtraci.com. I’ll review the situation and help resolve it on a case-by-case basis.
