We are talking millions of deals across more than 35 categories, including electronics, home and kitchen, beauty, fashion, toys, groceries, and so much more.
What started as a single-day celebration back in 2015 has grown into a massive multi-day event. This year Amazon extended it to four full days, which means more chances to catch deals before they sell out.
The best part? New deals drop as often as every five minutes during select periods throughout the event, so there is always something new to discover.
Do You Need Amazon Prime to Shop Prime Day?
Yes! Prime Day deals are exclusively for Amazon Prime members. But here is the good news if you are not a member yet: you can sign up for a free 30-day trial and have full access to every single deal during the sale.

Know what you want before the sale starts. Make a wishlist of items you have had your eye on. This keeps you focused and helps you avoid impulse buys that blow your budget.
Check prices ahead of time. Not every “deal” is actually a deal. Use a free price tracking tool like CamelCamelCamel or Keepa to see the price history of any item before you buy. You will know right away if you are actually getting a good price or if it just looks like one.
Use the Amazon app. This is honestly the best way to shop Prime Day. You can set up deal alerts for specific items, get notified when Lightning Deals go live, and check out faster. Enable 1-Click ordering so you do not miss out on limited stock.
Clip your coupons. Before you add anything to your cart, scroll down on the product page and check for a digital coupon you can clip. It takes two seconds and can save you an extra 5% to 20%.
